Policies and Shipping
By placing your order with Valerie Beauty, you acknowledge and accept all terms stated on Terms and Conditions page.

Currently, due to the volume of orders we process, turn around time on your purchase can be up to 10-14 days. We kindly ask you to keep this in mind when ordering.
Normal Hours of operation and customer service are Monday to Friday 9-5 EST. Check announcements for holiday hour changes. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Product Returns & Exchanges:
Purchasing samples when available is highly recommended so that you can try our products before investing in a full sized item. Often, your computer's monitor settings can distort the actual color of the product, especially cosmetics. We encourage you to purchase samples, especially if you are unsure whether it’s the right color, texture, etc... Regrettably, some merchandise simply cannot be sampled or made into a sample.
Exchange or Merchandise credits are issued. No refunds on purchases.
A return authorization number will be issued for all exchanges. Please contact us for a return authorization number for an exchange of new product, or items damaged in shipment. Merchandise that has been opened or used may not be returned. Sealed items must have the seal intact. Samples, makeup brushes, mascaras, lip products, and lash primers are not returnable.
Items returned in perfectly new and re-sellable condition will be exchanged as long as it is received within 10 days of receipt.
Returns received in poor condition ( broken, leaking, crushed, dented damaged, tampered with in any way, not resellable, etc...) are not eligible for an exchange. Please take care in packing items authorized for return.
Once received, a credit towards another purchase or an exchange will be issued, less any shipping charges.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
If your order was damaged in shipment, please contact us within 48 hours. Once the damaged item has been returned to us, a replacement for the same item will be issued.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking charge will be issued for unclaimed or refused shipments.
Shipping Policies:
Due to the volume of orders we process, and that many of our products are hand crafted, please allow up to 10-14 business days for your order to ship.
If Priority Mail shipping is selected, you will recieve a Delivery Confirmation tracking number.
To track your package, please go to www.usps.com with your delivery confirmation number. It will show that a shipping label has been generated for your order. The USPS site will indicate when your item has been delivered to it’s destination.
The USPS website doesn’t display where your order is located while in transit. If you have questions regarding your order’s location once you have a confirmation delivery number, please contact your local post office for assistance. We cannot track this for you.
Once the USPS Delivery Confirmation tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered, we are no longer responsible for your package. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, and do not provide refunds or replacements.
Please contact your local Post Office or contact your mail carrier to address lost parcels, or to file a claim.
If you are concerned about protecting your parcel from loss, you may ask to have insurance added to your shipping charges. Added services such as insurance or signature confirmation are an additional charge, and are the responsibility of the buyer.
We do not guarantee delivery dates due to various delays and circumstances that the United States Postal System may be experiencing.
Payment:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express through the secure payment service, PayPal. We also accept bank transfers and eChecks through PayPal as well. If paying with an eCheck, the eCheck must clear before the package is shipped. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Please read all international policies before ordering.
If you do not agree with these policies and cannot abide by them, PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER!
Delivery time is approximately 10-15 days. International shipments can be delayed by your country’s postal or customs service. We have no control over this, and you may have to contact your country’s customs or postal officials to inquire about your parcel. We cannot track your order for you. We offer no insurance or guarantees.
**Valerie Beauty is not responsible for loss or damage of international shipments, and does not offer replacements for items lost or damaged by the Postal System. When ordering, you acknowledge this policy and agree to abide by these conditions.
Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to duties and taxes by your government. You are responsible for these fees.
All orders must be paid using the Paypal service.
